3-Minute Blender Salsa

I love the taste of restaurant salsa and just don’t love most jarred salsas. But, I rarely want to take the time to do all the chopping to make salsa. Enter – 3-minute blender salsa. Literally timed myself and even with a few interruptions – THREE minutes to make this salsa that tastes like a restaurant. Now, that is a salsa I can get on board with and my family loves it! The tomatoes come from a can, but you would never guess it! You chose how spicy you want to make it. Our salsa go-to and pairs great with any Mexican dish!

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Pulse to combine - careful, it doesn't take much to combine this, I only need 6-7 pulses in my blender. Pulse until ingredients are combined and finely chopped to desired consistency. Stores in the fridge for up to a week.

This salsa is fantastic! It comes together so quickly. It quickly replaced our normal go-to fresh salsa recipe. And the best part, my ultra picky eater LOVES it, and can make it by herself. Thanks for the great recipe!
