Thank you for sharing your recipes. Hamburger (ground beef) is a great”meal-stretcher”. It is really a versatile protein. Having to cook celiac, these recipes add to what I can cook. My husband was recently diagnosed celiac after fighting “symptoms” for over 40 years with doctors being in Big Pharma pockets instead of looking for the root cause of his issues.
