𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗟𝗬 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗠𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗗 – Nut-free, oven or airfryer. A fun restaurant copycat + my must-have sauce: a Whole30 version of honey mustard I adore! I shared this NEW recipe last week on my @whole30recipes takeover and it’s already on the menu again by request.

𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿? Hand cut your potatoes into straight fries and follow the same steps. The spiralized curly fries will be thin, shoestring style fries. For a thicker fry, cut into straight fries.

The leftovers stay crispy - excellent in your salad or next egg scramble!

EASY WHOLE30 HASH – Paleo, GF/DF, egg-free, nut-

EASY WHOLE30 HASH – Paleo, GF/DF, egg-free, nut-free, 5-ingredient and featuring @twrgrassfedbeef #ad . 5 minutes prep + 25 minutes cook time = dinner (or breakfast) done in less than 30 minutes!

This easy recipe uses frozen veggies to minimize prep time and make it a great dinner in a pinch meal.

I love that @twrgrassfedbeef is Whole30 Approved, which means wholesome ingredients, and is Certified Human. I find their hot dogs @wincofoods and their sausages @costco . They also have a great “find in store” search feature on their website or you can order their products on their website as well.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 6

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ pounds frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic salt
12 oz @twrgrassfedbeef Uncured Beef Kielbasa
1 pound frozen peppers and onion mix
Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add hash brown potatoes in a single layer, sprinkle with garlic salt, and cook for 10 minutes, until golden on that side. Then flip and then cook another 10 minutes.

While potatoes are cooking, cut the kielbasa into thin slices. In a separate pan over medium heat, brown the sausage for 5 minutes on each side.

When once potatoes have cooked on both sides, top with frozen pepper and onion mix, cooking 4-5 minutes until veggies are tender. Stir in browned kielbasa and serve, topping with chopped cilantro if desired.

MODIFICATIONS: Can’t find Whole30 compatible frozen veggies? You can also use 1 ½ pound steamed small-cubed Yukon gold potatoes and 1 chopped green pepper, red pepper, and onion. If using fresh peppers and onions, stir them in after cooking the potatoes on the first side to ensure they cook.

AIRFRYER: You can also make this in the airfryer! In a medium bowl, combine oil, potatoes, salt, and pepper/onion mix. Airfry at 350 for 10 minutes, stir, and add in chopped sausage, then airfry for another 5 minutes or until potatoes and sausage are crispy.

Stores great in the freezer in a sealed container for up to 3 months.

THE BEST (and most affordable) GF BAGELS ARE BAAACK @traderjoes 😍👏🏻.

Let’s be real - a lot of GF bread products are not amazing. They are not as soft, often dense, not chewy. And they are often $$$.

But these pumpkin GF bagels from @traderjoes - the BEST GF bagels we’ve ever tried. Don’t taste very much like pumpkin (again I don’t love pumpkin 😬), nice and soft and chewy. And at $4.49/four more affordable than many other brands.

They freeze great and are only in stock in the fall, so stock up and freeze a bunch for later. You’re welcome 😉.

Lots of pumpkin options at TJs right now, though pictured are the only GF ones I found. I will let you know what I think of the mixes when I try them!

Not a lot of other new purchases but some highlights:

• Sparkling Coconut Water with Yuzu (3.99/4) is Whole30 compatible and to me tastes not super coconut-y and like Sprite 😍. Reminder: if this triggers an unhealthy relationship with soda, it may not be right for YOUR Whole30.
• Savory Banana & Nut Trek Mix (2.99) - tasty, though a little too much vinegar aftertaste and not a lot of nuts in mine, mostly banana chips. Paleo but not Whole30, as no store bought chips (including plantains/banana) on Whole30. Good quick travel option!
• Didn’t pick up the pumpkin spice hummus (2.49) as it had refined sugar, but let me know if you’ve tried it!
• And also, TJs has Vegan Mayo (4.99) now! 👏🏻. Not Whole30 or Paleo, as it’s chickpea based, but great to see.

PUMPKIN SPICE ROASTED NUTS – Whole30, Keto, Paleo. With only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes prep, this is an easy way spice up your nuts! Pumpkin spice, but make it Whole30 😉.

These nuts are everything fall wrapped up in some salty goodness. I don’t love pumpkin, but the pumpkin spice flavor of these are just right and perfect those itching for that pumpkin spice flavor without the sugar (I see all you doing a Whole30 this month! 💛). We also love serving these as a savory option at all our fall events.
