Apples and Cheesecake Dip
An EASY 3-ingredient sweet dip that is delicious with apples. A great easy and fun dinner side dish my kids love every time.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces dairy-free cream cheese softened, room temperature
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 large apple
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the dairy-free cream cheese, coconut sugar, and vanilla at increasing speed until smooth.
- Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Cut apples just before serving.
- Keep leftovers in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 1 week. This is usually enough to serve with two dinners.
Notes
After cutting the apples, toss them in a water lemon juice bowl. I fill up a medium bowl with 1/2 cup lemon juice and 2 cups water and toss the cut apples in them. This will help them not brown as quickly. Or, you can buy store bought pre-cut apples.Â
We love these flat gluten-free pretzels or these gluten-free pretzels from Walmart.Â
Need nut-free? Be sure your dairy-free cream cheese is nut-free. We love Violife for a nut-free option!
