Here are some Budget Whole30 Meals I feed my large family. All of these can feed a family of 7 for under $20! That means that all of these are a full meal (not just entree) for less than $3 per person. Eating healthy can be affordable!
Keep in mind, all of the prices are based on the current prices at my local NorCal Walmart. I cannot tell you how much these meals will cost YOU, based on prices in your area. But, hopefully they will still inspire you. Also, organic/free-range/etc. products are not factored into these prices. Though ideal, not everyone can afford them, especially if they are on a tight budget.
All of these recipes are Whole30 compatible. That means they are also gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. I tried whenever possible to offer nut-free and egg-free options as well. New to Whole30? Learn more about the Whole30 program here.
My Budget Whole30 Approved Cookbook
Many of these recipes are a sample from my cookbook Whole Food for Your Family, which has 100+ budget- and family-friendly recipes. Want more Budget Whole30 Meals? You can learn more or grab a copy of my cookbook HERE!
