Educational emails: Get in-depth information and inspiration on food freedom tools and how to use them, straight to your inbox M-F (5 days a week) for 6 weeks, 10/16-11/17.
Weekly Zoom Calls: Get accountability, education, and community in these fun weekly Zoom calls (recorded if you can’t join us live!). Mondays at 5pm PST/8pm EST, October 16 – November 13, and November 27.
Mindset work with Dr. Vickie Bhatia: Need help mentally preparing for long-term change and growth? Want to delve deeper into your relationship with food? Dr. Bhatia will provide psychological behavioral skills and help you apply these skills to your everyday life. If you’ve been stuck in a cycle of beating yourself up, feeling guilt and shame over your food choices, or feeling hopeless about your ability to change your relationship with food, she can help!
Budget and family tips, plus sugar addiction recovery perspective with Autumn Michaelis: Do you empowered during a Whole30, but then get overwhelmed in your food freedom? Need sustainable approaches to nourishing yourself, while taking care of a family? That’s what Autumn is all about! Plus, Autumn shares openly and in depth about her recovering sugar addition and what finally moved her forward to heal her relationship with food.
