Dr. Bhatia will provide psychological behavioral skills and help you apply these skills to your everyday life. If you’ve been stuck in a cycle of beating yourself up, feeling guilt and shame over your food choices, or feeling hopeless about your ability to change your relationship with food, she can help!

About Your Coaches

Dr. Vickie Bhatia is a licensed clinical psychologist, the 2021 Whole30 Coach of the Year, and an Advanced-level Whole30 Certified Coach. Dr. Bhatia has worked with clients for over a decade, helping them improve their mood, managing their emotions more effectively, and improve their relationship with themselves and others. And, most importantly, Dr. Bhatia sees the Whole30 and food freedom work as a tool to gain insight on how nutrition may affect mental health and to combat emotional eating by developing additional coping skills for negative emotions.

Autumn was one of the first Whole30 Certified Coaches in 2017 and is an Advanced Level Coach. She also just published her Whole30 Endorsed Cookbook, Whole Food for Your Family. As a recovering sugar addict, Autumn understands the exhausting and discouraging wrestle with food. She’s a mom to 5 boys, ages 10-18 and can related to being so BUSY and trying to feed a family.

I’ve never felt so much support from two amazing and inspiring ladies. I finally feel like I’m gaining freedom from the bondage food had on me. This group has been so supportive and growing for me!


Autumn and Vickie were Fierce Advocates, sharing amazing tools to help me deal with every inevitable obstacle between my stubborn brain and my goal of living a healthy lifestyle. They touched my heart with their own painful, relatable struggles and I found support and resilience in their daily emails, group postings and zoom meetings.
