Gluten-free Dairy-free Costco Finds - Allergen-friendly options you can get at Costco, often for the best price! Includes 20 Whole30-compatible and Paleo options.

The Best Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Costco Finds (Real-Life Tested!)

Let’s be honest — finding tasty, budget-friendly, and truly gluten-free dairy-free foods can feel like a full-time job. Add picky kids, a tight schedule, and a grocery budget that has to stretch… and yeah, I see you. We’ve been there.

Costco has honestly become one of our secret weapons for eating allergen-friendly without blowing the budget. So today, I’m sharing our go-to gluten-free dairy-free Costco finds — the ones we actually buy on repeat and feed our family.

🛒 A Few Tips Before You Shop

  • Prices vary a bit by region, so double-check at your local Costco.

  • Inventory changes often, especially for specialty items. If you find a winner — grab a couple!

  • Don’t forget to read those labels. Even items marked “gluten-free” can sneak in dairy (we’ve been burned before 😬).

Packing school lunches with these, too? I pulled my go-to picks into their own post — see my Costco lunchbox finds HERE.

Whole30 Finds

I am separating out here the items that are not only gluten-free + dairy-free, but are also Whole30. Whole30 is an elimination protocol that also means a food is grain-free, soy-free, no sugar or sweeteners of any kind (except dates or fruit juice). You can learn more about what a Whole30 is here. If you need those dietary parameters for whatever reason, these are good products for you!

1. Low-Sodium Kirkland Bacon

This is THE MOST AFFORDABLE no-sugar bacon I have ever found, plus the best tasting sugar-free bacon. If you are on a Whole30, buy a pack (or two!), at usually around $4/lb. Freezes great, pull out and thaw in the fridge as needed. And yes, the nitrites, phosphates and erythorbates are Whole30 compliant. You can learn more on their Can I have guide here

2. Chomps Grass-Fed Beef Sticks

Like a healthier, allergen-friendly Slim Jim. They’re Whole30-approved, shelf-stable, and packed with clean protein. My husband keeps a stash in his car and work drawers, and I keep some in my purse and gym bag. At Costco is where you will find the BEST DEAL on Chomps, coming in at 12 sticks for $16.99, or $1.42 per stick. (At Trader Joe’s they are $1.99/stick and Walmart they are $1.70/stick)

3. Grillo’s Pickles

A lot of pickles (sadly) have added sugar in them. Grillo’s is a brand that not only tastes fantastic but has no added sugar and are Whole30 compatible. Plus, use the pickle juice to make my Whole30 Chick-fil-a Chicken!

4. Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

If you want more protein in your life or the benefits of collagen, Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides is a great option. I’ll be honest, we couldn’t always afford collagen. But, Costco has it at the most affordable prices, especially when it’s on sale, and I recommend stocking up when it’s on sale (pictured), as it has a long shelf life. Add it to a smoothie like my Chunky Monkey Smoothie, add it to your electrolytes, or whisk it into a soup.

5. Primal Kitchen Mayo

Most mayos are not Whole30-compatible. But, Primal Kitchen is a great convenient option for a Whole30 mayo! You can use mayo as a base for my Whole30 Ranch, Whole30 Cane’s Sauce, or Whole30 Chick-fil-a Sauce. Want to save even more money? Make your own Whole30 Mayo here!

6. RXBars

A protein bar can be such an awesome emergency food or travel option. I loved keeping RXBars in my car, purse, or backpack. Yes, most RXBars are compatible, even the chocolate ones, just not the peanut butter ones or oat ones. You can find Whole30’s official statement on them here.

7. Teton Waters Ranch Sausages

Sugar-free hot dogs and sausages can be hard to find. These are not only sugar-free and Whole30 compatible, but 100% grass-fed beef, plus certified humane raised. A great fast + easy protein option. They aren’t the cheapest, so I usually try to stock up and put some in the freezer when they are on sale. Great with my Whole30 Date Mustard!

8. Silk Organic Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

I didn’t think I would *ever* like almond milk, no less unsweetened almond milk. This stuff has become my favorite and go-to on a weekly basis. It’s unsweetened but has a good flavor and the texture is somehow smoother than then non-organic.

9. Whole30 Pre-made Meals

Yes, Whole30 came out with their own brand of pre-made meals! I can’t guarantee how long these will be available and they are definitely not available at all Costcos. But, if you are on a Whole30 or want gluten-free dairy-free meals with whole-food ingredients, these are an easy option!

10. Pure Organic Fruit Bars or Stretch Island Fruit Strips

A great easy fruit-based option to pack in lunches, for hikes, or other on-the-go snacking. Made with only fruit + juice, no added sugar! Keep in mind, you get more satiety from eating a whole fruit, but these are a great portable, shelf-stable option.

11. Kirkland Albacore Tuna

Many canned tunas have soy in them, making them not Whole30 compatible. This tuna has simple ingredients with no soy, making it Whole30-compatble and a great whole-food choice.

12. Wholly Guacamole Mini Cups

These are lifesavers for quick meals. Great scooped with my Homemade Plantain Chips or Tostones, or as a part of my Copycat Chipotle Bowls. Allergen-friendly, no weird ingredients, and so convenient.

13. Frozen Riced Cauliflower

I know, you might not think there is much to get excited about with frozen riced cauliflower. But, this riced cauliflower has the *perfect* ricing texture, no large chunks that make the consistency less ideal. I use it to serve my Whole30 Ground Orange Chicken or put in my Chicken Nuggets with Hidden Veggies or Chunky Monkey Smoothie for hidden veggies. Or use it to make Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice!

14. Budget-friendly Almond Flour

You aren’t baking brownies on a Whole30, but almond flour is great for adding bulk to meatballs like my Salisbury Steak Meatballs or breading for my Chick-fil-A Chicken. THE CHEAPEST almond flour I’ve found – at 3 lbs for $11.49 or $3.83/lb. Whereas even at Walmart it costs $4.92/lb.

15. Archer Mini Meat Sticks

I already said Chomps are my go-to, but these meat sticks are mini and have a slightly different flavor and texture. Putting them here in case one of those features makes them work better for you! Also sugar-free and Whole30 compatible.

16. Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds

A great option for a salty-crunchy snack or salad mix-in that is Whole30 and only made with two ingredients – pumpkin seeds and salt!

17. Kirkland Almond Butter

Almond butter is a great option for Whole30, where peanuts and peanut butter are not allowed. I loved pairing almond butter with cut up apples to dip in it or spreading it on sweet potato toast with blueberries. It’s also one of the most affordable almond butter’s I’ve found. I store it upside down until I’m ready to open it, to make stirring it easier!

18-20. Kitchen Staples

And, of course, Costco has lots of kitchen staples that are naturally Whole30 compatible. Those include:

  • A fantastic fresh fruit & veggie section (all fruits + vegetables are compatible except corn!)
  • Spices (single spices like paprika, chili powder, etc. – the mixes often have sugar or flour in them)
  • Oils like coconut oil or extra light-tasting olive oil, at better prices than most stores.

21. Paleo Bail + Black Pepper Sausages

Here is another easy sausage option that is Whole30 compatible. Great to have in the fridge or freezer on nights you just can’t or don’t have a lot of time. Just saute or air fry and enjoy!

Gluten-free Dairy-free Finds (not Whole30)

ALL of the items in this blog post are gluten-free + dairy-free. The ones above are also Whole30-compatible. The ones below in this section are NOT Whole30 compatible, but best left for your Food Freedom. Please keep that in mind!

Also, I am focusing on items that are not traditionally gluten or dairy-free in this section, not things like fruit, rice, nuts etc. that are naturally gluten-free. Obviously Costco has those too!

1. Gluten-free Ramen Noodles

My teens were SO happy when we found this product at Costco. Ramen is a teen staple and these bring it back in a gluten-free way with only two simple ingredients! We love it paired with my Gluten-free Ramen Seasoning for a delicious throw back your family will love!

2. Gluten-free Franz Bread

There’s a lot of terrible, dry gluten-free bread out there. This one is top tier in softness and ability to actually eat it right out of the bag. The slices are still just a bit too small, but we enjoy this one on the regular! Freezes great too, so grab a few to keep on hand as you need to make all the sandwiches.

3. Banza Gluten-free High-Protein Pasta

This is my go-to pasta due to the fact that it’s gluten-free, cooks up well and tastes good, AND has higher protein due to it being made out of chickpeas.

4. Bobo’s Bites and PB&Js

These are great gluten-free lunchbox options. Gluten and dairy-free as well as vegan and soy-free. Such a great grab-n-go lunch or travel allergen-friendly option!

5. Simple Mills Crackers

I love that Costco has a variety of Simple Mills Crackers. And though it varies (like these lemon cookies seem to have replaced the chocolate ones that used to be there), Costco usually at least has the wheat thin copycats: their Almond Flour Crackers, which are great by themselves or with hummus or other dips.

6. Unreal Chocolate Coconut Bars

3-ingredient dessert that is gluten-free and dairy-free. Plus, these chocolate bars are Kosher, Non GMO, Vegan, Soy free, with No sugar alcohols.

7. Siete Grain-free Tortilla Chips

Siete is a brand I love for Paleo options that are not only gluten-free + dairy-free but grain-free and soy-free as well, with no refined sugar. These indivdual packages are great for lunches, travel, or a party!

8.  Kevin’s Paleo Ready Meals

It varies which Kevin’s Meals your Costco might carry, but I love that these are a ready-made option now! They aren’t cheap, so I only get them when they are on sale (freezer-friendly!) or in a pinch. But, when my mom passed easy meals like this that fit our dietary needs came in handy!

9. Siete Grain-free Tortillas

These grain-free tortillas are perfect for breakfast tacos, or with my Sheet Pan Fajitas for a gluten-free tortilla option. Freezer-friendly!

10. Hu Hunk Cookies

Want a treat that is gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan? These Hu hunks are hunk like cookie that is sweet enough and shelf stable.

11. Catalina Crunch Cereal

A gluten-free cereal that is also Keto-friendly! My husband prefers to eat low-sugar, so cereals like this that are sweetened with stevia and monk fruit are right up his alley.

12. Gluten-free Dairy-free Granola

Love a good bowl of granola or want some to go on a yogurt parfait? Costco currently has two great options. I especially enjoy the Pure Elizabeth granola (sorry, I forgot to grab a photo of the Purely Elizabeth Granola ingredients, but you can view them on their website here

13. Namaste Gluten-free Flour

Free from the top 14 allergens, this is a great 1:1 gluten-free flour option. Perfect for all you nut-free gluten-free baking!

14. Hippeas Chickpea Puffs

My boys love this lunchbox option! Individual packages of puffs that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. Crunchy, salty, and fun. A great travel snack as well.

15. Single-serve Hummus

Hummus is such a great easy snack, lunchbox item, or travel food and we use it for all of the above! We love it with the Simple Mills crackers or raw veggies like carrots or bell peppers.

16. Orgain Plant Protein Shake

A plant-based protein shake that is dairy-free and plant-based?! A great quick and simple protein option that you can drink as you dash out the door. They are a little expensive, so I recommend trying to grab them on sale when you can. Shelf stable, they have a long shelf life!

17. Trubar Protein Bars

There are a lot of protein bars we just don’t like. These one’s are pretty good, we especially love the Chocolate Chip and Glazed Donut flavors (I haven’t tried the PB&J one).

18. Sweet Potato Chips

Only three ingredients in these crunchy sweet potato chips. Portable, shelf stable and a fun lunch or travel snack!

19. Crunchy Edamame Beans

A high protein snack that is also crunchy and salty! Nice to have on hand for a snack that doesn’t spike your blood sugar.

20. Trail Mix Snack Pack

Many trail mixes are gluten-free + dairy-free, especially if they don’t have chocolate chips in them. But I like that these don’t have a lot of added sugar or ingredients outside of dried fruit and nuts. Also a reminder to stroll the dried fruit and the nuts section, most of which are naturally gluten + dairy-free.

Final Thoughts: Keep It Simple, Keep It Real

Eating gluten-free and dairy-free can feel hard — especially on a budget. But stores like Costco make it a lot more doable. These finds have helped us save time, save money, and still feed our families food we feel good about.

No, not every meal is Pinterest-perfect. But you’re doing an amazing job, friend — and little swaps like these make a big difference. 💛
