10 EASY 10-ingredient or less Whole30 Meals that require no specialty ingredients. A great resource for Whole30, Paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free living that is also budget-friendly!

Eating well doesn’t have to be expensive or complicated. As someone who started marriage with ZERO idea how to cook (hamburger helper anyone?), easy recipes are important to me – both in helping YOU feel more capable in succeeding in eating healthy, and because all of us need those easy simple recipes some nights. Here are some recipes that are easy, no specialty ingredients you can’t find at most grocery stores, with 10 ingredients or LESS. You can do this!

Garlic Chicken

Seven ingredients (not counting salt) and can be made in the oven or the airfryer. A nice moist chicken with enough flavor to be interesting but mild enough for my kids to love it too. Great by itself, chopped up in salads, or on top of zoodles with a marinara sauce like a chicken parmesean. Whole30 compliant and keto friendly, this one is a winner!

Whole30 Chicken Salad

This 6-ingredient chicken salad is one of my fast and easy #whole30lunch go-tos! Great to pack for lunch on the go and delicious in a butter lettuce wrap, on a bed of lettuce like a salad or just straight up. Really need it to come together quickly? Use canned chicken, as there are multiple compliant brands.

Plantain Taco Hash

This egg-free Whole30 hash is a winner of a twist on a classic flavor and great for breakfast or dinner. It comes together fast, freezes great, and even my kids gave it a thumbs up! Works well with the ground meat that fits your preference and budget, and though the plantains are one of my faves, you could also swap them out for frozen hashbrowns or potatoes. So good – you’ll want to add this one to your meal plan stat!

5-Ingredient Chicken Strips

The easiest #whole30 5-ingredient chicken strips you probably already have the ingredients for! These are kid-friendly – both in flavor and ability to involve the kids in the prep. I make them in a pinch when dinner needs to happen fast. Everyone in our family is on board with these and they keep great in the fridge (freeze great too!) to chop up for salads or wraps later in the week.

Pesto Bacon Chicken

Pesto Bacon Chicken

Pesto Bacon Chicken was our anniversary dinner because it combines several things I love (pesto. bacon.) in an easy delicious bundle. Looks so fancy, taste is on point, but I didn’t have to slave in the kitchen forever for it! I have now found compliant, sugar-free bacon at both Costco and Walmart too, which is so helpful. Can’t find compliant bacon? Marinate the chicken in the pesto and then grill, bake, or airfry!

Chicken or Turkey Zucchini Nuggets

This kid-friendly handheld protein-veggie combo is a protein source that kids of all ages can enjoy! We love dipping it in my date mustard sauce. The ingredients are simple and inexpensive and this can be cooked in a pan on the stove or your airfryer. These freeze fantastically, so double batch and freeze the extras. Bonus: it’s Whole30, Paleo, and Keto compliant. Wahoo!

Sweet Potato Toast

A fast and easy #whole30breakfast that only costs under $2. I love sweet potato toasts. Easy to make and even easier when you make them in bulk and freeze, then just toast or airfry the morning of. Throw in a batch of hard boiled eggs you pre-made (or buy the hard boiled eggs in pre-cooked packs from Costco or Sam’s Club), and this just became your new favorite 5-minute meal. Trust me, it’s time to get on the sweet potato train!

Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Chicken

This is an easy nice Whole30 & Paleo meal that I often take to friends when they’ve had a baby or need a meal except I usually serve theirs with regular rice, not cauliflower rice ; ). Comes together quick, especially if you have already made the pesto. Pesto can be frozen, as you don’t need all of it for this recipe. This is also a family win, so hooray for the kids liking it too!

Blackened Chicken

This Whole30, Keto, and Paleo compliant chicken recipe is quick & easy, has ingredients you probably already have, and flavorful! It checks alll the boxes and is great by itself or in a salad or lettuce wrap. We make it a few times a month and love it! Great on it’s own, on a salad, or in a lettuce wrap.

Taco Breakfast Casserole

This breakfast egg bake is Whole30 and Paleo, my current fave, and easy to bring together. I love that it makes a large 9×13 pan and freezes great, helping me have easy food options on hand! It combines many of my favorite taco favorites into one delicious egg bake.

Tomato Chicken and Basil Soup

This Whole30 compliant tomato chicken basil soup comes together quickly, is flexible, and calls for things you might already have on hand! Bonus – the flavor of this one is mild and even my kiddos devour it. PS – Did you know you can freeze soup?
