Whole30 Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken can use canned
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 3-4 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 10-12 grapes quartered
  • 1/3 cup compliant mayo* enough to hold it together
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, celery, onion, nuts, and grapes in a medium bowl. Add mayo until it reaches your desired moisture and salt and pepper to taste.
