In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a popsicle mold and freeze until solid (time will vary greatly depending on size of popsicles)
** Canned coconut cream is not the same as coconut milk and I recommend getting the cream. I find mine at Walmart in the Asian food isle and recommend the Thai Kitchen brand. If using canned coconut milk, chill it and use only the solid part, discarding liquid. It will not be as creamy with coconut milk vs. cream but it works.
