5-INGREDIENT PALEO GRAHAM CRACKERS – We make the 5-INGREDIENT PALEO GRAHAM CRACKERS – We make these regularly: 5 ingredients, 10 minutes to mix up, and are such a kid-friendly win! These are fabulous nutrient dense snack and for making smores around the campfire.

I love that the ingredients are not only simple, but that a batch of 24 crackers can be sweetened with only 2 tablespoons maple syrup. All five of my boys give these a hearty two thumbs up!

These are also so much more cost-effective than most paleo crackers, rolling in at around $3 per batch of 24. Wahoo!

VEGGIE FRITTERS – Whole30, Keto, Paleo, GF/DF, n VEGGIE FRITTERS – Whole30, Keto, Paleo, GF/DF, nut-free CRISPY veggies my kids will eat 🙌🏻. I did NOT grow up liking my veggies (anyone else?). I ate peas, corn and potatoes. I have learned though that I can like almost any veggie, with the right recipe. This recipe I love for it’s versatility and how kid-friendly it is as well – I got my kid’s buy-in with the crispy texture.

I’ve served cauliflower fritters with breakfast, zucchini fritters for dinner, summer squash fritters are always a big hit with guests, and even have used them to make a breakfast sandwich (swipe left).

They freeze great and I love reheating them in the airfryer, but you can also do it on the stove in a small amount of oil or in the oven as well.

If you are on Whole30, rock it on potato sliders (pictured) or just roasted or baked potatoes of any kind. I've also been known to put it in a butter lettuce leaf. My kids love it on a gluten-free bun or using my Paleo Crispy Waffles for the "bun."⠀
